Patient Guide - How to Access the Patient Portal and Add Payment Method and Shipping Address
This guide will walk you through accessing your patient portal and setting up your payment method and shipping address so your provider can complete your orders and ship them directly to you.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Access the Patient Portal
Go to https://joinemrg.com/patient-portal and type in your email address. If you are unsure what email to use, ask your provider what email address is on your account.

2. Verify Your Email
Check your email for an email with the subject "Your verification code" and paste in your code, then click "Verify".

3. Navigate to Payment Settings
Click on "Payment Settings" in the side navigation bar.

4. Add Your Address
Fill out your address information. Check the boxes in the bottom left if this is your default shipping and billing address. You can always add multiple addresses, one at a time, if you have different billing and shipping addresses. Click "Add Address" to save it.

5. Add Payment Method
Click "Add Payment Method" and fill in your payment method information, then save.

6. Complete Setup
Once you have a shipping address and payment method on file, your provider will be able to complete your order and ship it directly to your address.
Use the other side navigation tabs as needed to review your receipts, forms, appointments, rewards, and more.

7. Logout
Click "Logout" to log out of your patient portal when you're finished.

With your payment method and shipping address set up, your provider can:
- Process your orders automatically
- Ship products directly to your address
- Send you receipts and order confirmations
- Keep you updated on your order status
