This guide will walk you through setting up and managing provider availability schedules, including regular availability windows and overrides for special dates.

Setting Up Regular Availability

1. Navigate to the Dashboard

Start by navigating to your EMRG dashboard. You can access it through the main dashboard URL with your provider IDs.

2. Access Provider Settings

Click on "Provider Settings" in the navigation menu to access provider configuration options.

3. Configure Availability

Click on the "Availability" tab to manage your scheduling preferences.

4. Toggle Days On/Off

Use the toggle switches to enable or disable specific days of the week for your availability.

5. Add Multiple Time Windows

For days when you have multiple availability windows, click the plus icon to add additional time slots within the same day.

6. Define Time Windows

Use the dropdown menus to select your specific availability windows for each day.

7. Save Your Settings

Click "Save" to apply your availability settings.

Ensure your timezone is correctly set to match your location. This is crucial for accurate scheduling.

Click "Save" again to confirm your timezone configuration.

Click on "Calendar" to see how your availability slots are reflected in the calendar view.

Creating Overrides

11. Add Override

To add vacation dates or out-of-office dates that differ from your regular availability, click "Add Override" on the Availability tab.

12. Select Date

Click "Pick a date" and select the specific date you want to block off from your schedule.

Click "Create Override" to apply the date-specific availability change.

14. Verify Override

Check the calendar view to confirm that no availability is shown on the overridden date.
