Activating Your EMRG Subscription

This guide will walk you through the process of activating your EMRG subscription by setting up payment methods and completing the billing setup.

Step-by-Step Process

1. Navigate to Clinic Settings

Click "Clinic Settings" under Clinic Management in your sidenav bar.

2. Access Manage Billing

Click "Manage Billing" under Billing & Subscription

3. Review Subscription Details

Review your Subscription Details, and then add a payment method to start your subscription.

Note: If you don't see subscription details, contact your EMRG Success Specialist and they will provide you the most appropriate Subscription tier for your clinic.

4. Add Payment Method

Click "Add Payment Method" to add your payment method.

5. Enter Payment Information

Fill out your payment information and click "Add Payment Method"

6. Select Payment Method

Select the payment method you just added

7. Activate and Pay

Click "Activate and Pay"

Note: You will be charged immediately upon activation, and your billing cycle will start immediately.

8. Review Billing History

Review the Billing History section at the bottom of the page to see the status of your subscription payments, and download receipts as needed.

What Happens Next

After activating your subscription, you'll have full access to all EMRG features based on your subscription tier. Your billing cycle will begin immediately, and you'll be able to:

• Access all features included in your subscription plan
• Manage your billing information and payment methods
• View billing history and download receipts
• Contact support for any billing-related questions
