How to Log In to Your EMRG Account

Complete guide to setting up your EMRG account, from receiving an invitation to completing profile setup for different user roles including User, Provider, and Clinic Admin.

This guide will walk you through the complete account setup process for EMRG, from receiving an invitation to completing your profile setup for different user roles.

📋 Prerequisites

  • Your clinic has been created in EMRG by your EMRG Success Specialist
  • Your clinic has a Clinic Admin

Ask your Clinic Admin to send an invite to your email. Tell them they can follow this guide: How to Add New Users to Your Clinic

And then you can follow the instructions below

Step-by-Step Account Setup Process

1. Receive Invitation Email

Once your Clinic Admin sends you an invitation, you will receive an email that looks like this, with the subject line of "You're invited to Join EMRG"

2. Accept Invitation

You then select "Accept Invitation" and you will be guided to your account creation. If the button isn't working, you can copy the link provided and paste it into your browser.

3. Create Account

Set your first and last name and a password that meets the parameters described.

4. Email Verification Required

Once you set your name and password, you will receive a verification email. If you try to login before clicking on the verification email, you will see this message displayed.

5. Verification Email

This is what your verification email looks like, with the subject line of "Verify Your EMRG Account"

6. Verify Email Address

Click the "Verify Email Address" button to verify your email

7. Complete Profile Setup

Once verified, login and add your phone number and then you will be into the EMRG clinic.

8. View Account Information

You can see your account name and associated clinic in the bottom left hand corner.

9. Request Additional Permissions

If you need additional permissions, ask your Clinic Admin to promote you to admin.

Provider-Specific Setup

10. Provider Information

If you are a Provider, you will be asked to add additional information related to your NPI and DEA numbers. If you do not have a DEA number, just type in the filler example provided (AB1234567).

11. Default Prescriber Setup

If a DEA number is required for prescription submission, you will need to ensure you select a Default Prescriber with a DEA number on file, which is explained in a later step

What Happens Next

Once you've completed the account setup process, you'll have full access to your EMRG clinic based on your assigned role:

  • User Role: Basic access to view and interact with clinic features
  • Provider Role: Access to provider-specific features including prescription management
  • Clinic Admin Role: Full administrative access to manage users, settings, and clinic operations
